It is the place most loved by kids for birthday parties where they chase each other and play like crazy inside a beautiful labyrinth. Normally the party is divided into 3 games between which the reception, food, gifts/cake phases are interspersed. The staff is helpful but not particularly communicative or pleasant in interaction, in fact they seem quite annoyed, however the location is nice and the kids love it so highly recommended. Even the costs of organizing parties are absolutely low. It all starts in the afternoon, when a friend of mine calls to ask for information about a possible reservation for the laser game. The owner responds in an obsolete manner, I would even say in a rude manner, saying that it was not possible to book by telephone with absolute disinterest. In the evening we arrived there and we immediately noticed an unpleasant and uncaring attitude towards us, as if we had done something wrong just by entering that games room, but whatever, we went there to have fun and we didn't give it any weight. We start playing and we immediately notice that something is wrong because one of the 2 teams was unable to score points, the game was clearly broken and we pointed it out to the boy who worked there, who realized the problem but even he can't solve it, which is why after a while we got bored and left the room. Immediately afterwards we point out the problem to the owner (in the calmest way possible because despite the problem we were still having fun) who initially he tried to divert the conversation by saying that we were doing something wrong, and then immediately afterwards not speaking to us even a word and not even looking at us when we spoke. The most absurd thing that made us understand everything was that he scolded his colleague by saying that he had to mind his own business, as if he already knew that the game wasn't working perfectly, whereupon we, angry and bitter, left. . We won't be coming back again. P.s. There are many people who would do anything to be able to do your job and have any type of opportunity, be courteous towards customers and more respectful of people.
